Ok… if you are NOT taking the exam, you can do your study guide for extra credit in the homework category.

If you ARE taking the exam, you will have a chance for extra credit on that some time next week.

And practice your small writing - I will let you use a 3X5 index card on the test.  Go on and see if you can fit 5,000 years of history on there - I dare you.

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PERMISSION SLIPS FOR THE MOVIE SIGNED AND BRING IN YOUR TEXTBOOKS.

Some of you did not turn in your term papers and WWII projects. I need these! You need these! I do NOT want people whose grades are 30 points lower than they should be! You guys need to get these in… your next major grade’s your final exam, so just in case you don’t do too well on that, THESE WILL HELP.

You know who you are if you haven’t turned it in… do so!

The new missing assignments pages is UP.  Check it.

AP Psych Homework.

Please complete this quiz, print out the main page, and bring it in tomorrow along with your score for a grade.

Danke!

Please see PBS’s American Experience website.

I will be handing out vocab reviews next week, as well as other review sheets.  Don’t forget that the review session is Saturday the 10th…

Review PowerPoints can be found here.

You can choose from these topics for the in-class essay tomorrow:

  • Life of women in WWII
  • Journal entries of soldier who liberated the camps
  • Stories of German civilians during the invasion of Berlin
  • The invasion of Normandy from the POV of a French civilian

Also, 4th period - your WWII project is due on MONDAY, May 5th.  Sorry about the goof up!

A few important things: the Think Tac Toe is due on the 2nd of May, and IS A TEST GRADE. Ergo, it needs to be in to me ON THAT DATE so I can grade it. I will NOT ACCEPT ANY LATE ASSIGNMENTS. I know I can be understanding normally with those, but not in this case.

Another case where I can’t be understanding is the final draft. You MUST get those to me on the 30th. I know that your unit packet is due that day as well, but if you manage your time well (like if you do it in class) you will be fine. A lot of you have yet to give me your rough drafts, and this is lowering your grades a lot.

Don’t forget that I will take the Elizabeth: The Golden Age extra credit whenever you give it to me. I will add 5 points to your lowest test grade for it, instead of 10 points to your homework - it’s worth more that way.
